I have wheels on mine not the levelers on mine maybe that's why it seems unstable. The box I received was clearly a return that had been taped back up. There were easily 100 pieces of tape holding the box together. Half the rods had plastic on them half did not so they were scratched. I assume it had been returned for a missing piece which was in a separate package inside box. 2 of the shelves had become stuck together and had to be beat apart with a rubber mallet. If the box hadn't been in such bad shape and I didn't want my UPS guy to have to deal with a 96 lb return I would have returned it. To me returned merchandise which has been opened is used and shouldn't be sold as new.
