The shelf came with all the metal parts but missing the plastic clips to assemble them. When I asked for those parts, I was told they were out of stock and I should find them locally. I asked for more info on how to do that and received no reply. I was able to find the clips at a store, identify them, and order more online, and the shelf is fine now. Good shelf. BAD service.
