Doubled the storage capacity of our pantry by replacing built-in 12" deep particle board shelves (that were about to collapse from the weight of can food), with these heavy-duty 24" deep shelves. We used two 42" x 86" and one 36" x 86" to make a perfect fit.We are a busy medical office and we were needing more shelf space for storage. The shelves are sturdy and when we realized we were missing a couple of pieces, we contacted the seller and got a response within minutes! Cannot be more thrilled with the product as well as the customer service!These shelves are sturdy and easy to assemble. They fit into a nook where my small refrigerator used to sit. I was able to create a pantry in that nook with these shelves and some plastic bins. No tools needed. No holes in the walls. Easy to remove when I move out. Next to these shelves, I still have space for the mop and broom in the nook. The refrigerator is on another wall where it is easier to fully open the door. Small changes make the kitchen a much nicer space to work in.The Amazon system shows order is complete. In fact all I received are 1) the four posts/legs on 2/16 and only one shelving unit on 2/17. The product is a five-shelf unit. I’ve sent a message to the vendor via the Amazon system. I’m hoping to hear that the remaining four shelves will be shipped asap. I need to have this shelf intact and ready for use sooner rather than later. I’ve already been charged the full amount for this product plus shipping and taxes, but I only have several useless pieces thus far. I hope Amazon will help expedite the remaining four shelves. It was a cute little 4" crescent wrench!? I contacted Omega and got a very fast response saying there had been a big warehouse fire, so they were behind and things were a little chaotic. The wrench was a promotional item that normally would have arrived after the order. The real order should arrive in a couple of days, which it did.The next package we received was only 4 poles. I contacted Omega and got a very fast response saying not to worry; the rest of the order would arrive in a couple of days.Then we received another package with only 4 of the 5 shelves. Another fast response said the last one would arrive the next day - and it did arrive.Some of the packages had been pretty beaten up and there were a couple of very small dents in the corners of the shelves, which had to be smoothed out before they could be assembled. After that, the shelves were easy to assemble. They look good and are very sturdy.I turned an old Kitchen porch into a pantry and decided to use these shelves rather than built ins. I felt they would be easier to customize and quite a bit less expensive. The range of width, height and length product sizes are impressive and you can figure something out for any size space. And their customer service was amazing. They were out of something I needed and they made three alternative suggestions, one of which was better than the one I ordered, and did not up charge me. Delivery was prompt and assembly was simple. I will buy this brand over and over again.I bought this for our kitchen (actually to replace a larger one to give us more space). It holds my kitchen aid mixer, food processor, blender and about a dozen pieces of Le Creuset (cast iron cookware) as well as all my baking supplies in canisters. It supports all that weight.Assembly instructions need to be made more clear but it is a great product.
