The product arrived damaged, but not so damaged that it was worth my while to return it. One wire shelf took damage during shipping and the wire broke free. I bent it back under and out of the way. The second issue was one of the pole cylinder holes took a blow, and was bent out of round/circular shape. I had to bend it back into a semi-circular shape, using a wrench. My bending worked "well enough" that the pole went through the hole again. I accept the damage because of supply chain issues in the USA, and it was hard to find the exact dimension of the rack I needed - locally. I suspect any rack I order would be beat up right now - delivery people chuck stuff around during the pandemic. But, the feet they use are poor quality. I used a mallet to gently pound one foot into the pole end, and the die-cast foot broke in the pole. I asked customer service for a replacement foot, but they sent me the wrong parts; they sent me the plastic compression grommets, that snap around the pole. Rather than complain or continue asking for the correct part, I just bought 4 new feet - online. They were different manufacture and die-cast type; they fit fine. In fact, the new feet had a rubber pad that covers the bolt head. That was worth the $9.99 I paid.In a nut shell, Omega needs to pack the racks better, and not cheap out of protective packaging - something better on the rack corners, and something harder on the box flat surface - maybe masonite. Secondly, Omega needs a new supplier of pole feet.I purchsed this wire rack because I needed a unit with a 6-foot length and each shelf was able to hold 5 banker boxes side-by-side. I double stacked the boxes and was able to get 10 boxes on each shelf. All components were well made and assembly was easy. I liked that each line on the pole was marked with a number and that the pole clips had indicators for "top" and a line showing groove alignment. This saved me a few minutes on assembly time. I had some left-over wheels from a Costco wire rack that screwed in perfectly with no modifications. As others have mentioned, shelves, poles, and spare pole clips are shipped in separate boxes, so all components may not arrive at the same time. I am happy with the purchase and recommend these.Very nice sturdy shelf. Was easy to put together. Has spare plastic inserts. The seller was quick to respond and accommodated with fast shipment.Ordered another shelf and will come back for more.Have contacted the company three times and explained levelers included do not fit. Still trying to get the missing parts. At first all I got was a mutli-tool and no shelves and it showed delivered. I was very confused. I don't know who was suppose to get the multitool as it's not required for assembly. three days later the shelve and poles showed up.Fit in my area just greatI needed some study shelves in my garage to organize my pottery supplies. These units are easy to put together, are visually uncluttered (so I can see what’s on the shelf), and are sturdy. With the general supply shortages, it took a little longer to get the shipment but it was worth the wait.I am so glad could order the size I needed to fit a closet space! Thank you for offering so many choices! These are very sturdy.
