Description
The Metal Man TTWC1 Three tier Welding Cart puts the welder controls where they are easily viewed and has two more shelves for the storing tools and accessories. Capable of holding a 7" gas cylinder that is held in place by two securement chains. The cart measures 27.5" x 17" x 28.75" and weighs about 31 lbs. Slanted top deck makes it easier to view welding controls for easier set up, while the 6" rear wheels with front casters for easy turning, and securement chain to hold the gas cylinder in place. The cart measures 31.9" x 16.5" x 19.7" and weighs about 25 lbs. 6" rear wheels and dual casters make it ieasy to move, two cable holders for convenient cable storage.

This is a very decent cart, and if used with a MIG welder as it is described you should be able to use it as is. In my case I am using it with an AHP AlphaTig 200x TIG welder which is 19 inches tall by 23 inches deep. I mention this, not as a ding against the product, but just something to be aware of. The slant of the top shelf is pretty steep. In my case the welder fits fine but the top back corner of the welder intrudes into the cylinder area behind the slanted shelf. The slant is great to give easy access to the knobs and displays and torch connections, but if you have a taller welder you will need to prop the rear of the welder up with some sort of support to bring the back of the welder out of the cylinder area. After doing this on my unit the welder is still slanted enough to allow easy access to the front controls. One other thing to mention is that the rear wheels are on the small side, so if you move your welder around a lot you may want to consider the model with a handle or just make one yourself and add it to this model.
